PocketVM Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of PocketVM, an iOS application provided by WeaveHub Technologies LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using PocketVM, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

PocketVM is a mobile vulnerability management app that connects to third-party platforms (Tenable.io, Qualys VMDR) using credentials you provide. PocketVM does not host, store, or process vulnerability data on our servers. All data flows directly between your device and your platform provider.

2. Subscriptions

PocketVM requires a paid subscription managed through Apple’s App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device’s Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions.

3. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your platform credentials. You must have proper authorization to access the vulnerability platforms you connect to PocketVM. You agree not to use PocketVM for any unlawful purpose or to access systems without authorization.

4. Limitation of Liability

PocketVM is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or availability of data from third-party vulnerability platforms. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of PocketVM, including but not limited to data loss, security incidents, or service interruptions.

5. Intellectual Property

PocketVM and the WeaveHub brand are the property of WeaveHub Technologies LLC. Tenable, Qualys, and Rapid7 are trademarks of their respective owners. PocketVM is not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of PocketVM after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
