PocketOps Terms of Use
Effective: April 4, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the PocketOps mobile application (“App”) provided by WeaveHub Technologies LLC (“WeaveHub,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using PocketOps, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Service Description
PocketOps is an iOS application that provides a unified interface for managing content delivery network (CDN) and edge services from multiple providers, including Cloudflare, Fastly, Akamai, and Amazon CloudFront. The App communicates directly with provider APIs using credentials you supply and store locally on your device. WeaveHub does not host, proxy, or intermediate your provider data.
PocketOps is a management tool. It facilitates your interaction with third-party provider services but does not itself provide CDN, DNS, security, or edge computing services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use PocketOps. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal authority to agree to these Terms. If you are using PocketOps on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Subscription and Payment
3.1 Free and Premium Features
PocketOps offers both free functionality and a premium subscription. Certain features require an active subscription to access.
3.2 Subscription Terms
The PocketOps premium subscription is offered at $2.99 per month (or the equivalent in your local currency as determined by Apple). Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account and managed entirely by Apple, Inc. through the App Store.
3.3 Renewal and Cancellation
Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
3.4 Refunds
All payments are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be directed to Apple in accordance with Apple’s refund policies. WeaveHub does not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds.
4. Your Responsibilities
4.1 Provider Credentials
You are solely responsible for the security and validity of the API credentials you configure in PocketOps. You must ensure that your credentials have appropriate permission scopes and that you are authorized to use them. WeaveHub is not liable for any actions taken through provider APIs using credentials you have configured.
4.2 Compliance with Provider Terms
Your use of PocketOps to interact with third-party provider APIs is subject to each provider’s own terms of service, acceptable use policies, and API usage limits. You are responsible for understanding and complying with those terms.
4.3 Lawful Use
You agree to use PocketOps only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You will not use the App to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
- Access provider accounts or resources without authorization
- Interfere with or disrupt provider services or infrastructure
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except as permitted by applicable law

IN NO EVENT SHALL WEAVEHUB’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO WEAVEHUB IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR FIFTY DOLLARS ($50.00), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WeaveHub and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of PocketOps, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the “Last Updated” date and, where practicable, through an in-app notice. Your continued use of PocketOps after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
